Benefits of using a Diesel Powered Rolly Winch |
| |
CLP's Rolly Winch
TM has proven itself as a rugged and reliable line haul winch for a
wide range of cable laying
applications in the telecommunications and power industries. We are
pleased to announce that the Rolly Winch TM is now also available
with a diesel engine for environments that require the use of spark
proof equipment.
The CLP
Rolly Winch TM is a purpose designed, engine powered capstan winch.
It can exert a maximum pulling force of 3kN to get the cable moving
and then comfortably handle a continuous 1.8kN load, delivering all
the muscle that you need for the most demanding, line hauling jobs.
The
diesel version has a powerful 3.5kW Lombardini engine coupled with a
tough 25:1 ratio, helical gear box to provide a simple, but reliable
winch for heavy duty, draw line pulling. It is mounted on a rugged,
zinc plated steel frame for durability and long life, yet is light
enough to be comfortably portable with the aid of two detachable
wheels and manoeuvring handle.
The
Rolly Winch TM is practical and simple to operate. The design
incorporates a standard tow ball attachment so that it can be easily
and safely anchored to a vehicle's tow bar. It also has an easy to
use, hand lever style emergency stop button for added safety.
Whether
you choose the petrol or
diesel
engine Rolly Winch TM you will find that it is an economical,
"must have" piece of equipment for operators, both large and small,
who want to improve the efficiency of their underground cable
installation work.
